09-30-08 Congratulations Team
NY
Team NY placed 4th at the IHRA Summit Racing Equipment Team Finals held
at Pittsburgh Raceway Park. Several races and awards were won by
Team NY. Congratulations to John Stassen, who won Top Eliminator.
Friday's Gambler Race in the No-Box category was won by Pete D'Agnolo.
Mark Linsey took the runner-up position in the Summit Super Series No-Box
class run off. Best Engineered full body car was awarded to Don Vail.
Best Appearing Team award was captured by New York Int'l Raceway Park.

09-22-08 ATTENTION
QUICK ROD (8.90) RACERS
The Precise Tool & Manufacturing Quick Rod Series that was originally scheduled
for Sunday, September 14 and was re-scheduled for Sunday September 21 has been
cancelled and will not be re-scheduled due to too many conflicts with the
remaining 2008 schedule. The Precise Tool & Manufacturing Quick Rod Series
points fund will be rolled over to the 2009 Season.
